Weird - she'll be parading around in a bikini in front of millions, but when she gets back on base if one guy in the office makes a comment about how great she looks he'll be accused of sexual harrassment.
Not if you know how the UCMJ works. :)
The first remark is free. If someone tells you they are offended by your comments and you continue, thats when you have a problem.
I (and a few of my buds) pulled our Staff Sgt's butt out of the fire once by telling (truthfully) an investigator that another soldier did not say she was offended when he told a few dirty jokes.
She only decided she was offended by it two days later when he told her in formation that she had to swap her old unit patch for ours.
