If Rudy is a leftist, why is he so greatly hated by NYC leftists? As they say in the Mid-East, "the enemy of my en
emy is my friend".
Rudy is NOT a leftist. He had extremely strong conservative fiscal policies in NYC, he reduced the welfare rolls, cleaned up the city and made it a good place for tourism again. He has a record that denies all the lies the Rudyphobes are spewing about him. In a perfect world, he would have the same conservative social politics I admire, but no one's perfect. He has my vote if he wins the nomination. And as a person who has been married more than once, living in a country where over half the population has been married more than once, and many are just living together, this will not deter people from supporting Rudy Giuliani for President if they want his leadership.

Rudy Giuliani called Attorney General Edwin Meese a 'sleaze', supported Mario Cuomo over his own Party's nominee for Governor, George Pataki, said that murdering an unborn child isn't as bad as murdering a child already living, and if that were not enough, the former George McGovern supporter said that his positions were very much like the Clintons. Rudy for President? NO effin way! 'FRiends don't let FRiends vote for RINOS', vote for a REAL conservative, Congressman Duncan Hunter!

(If Reagan were still with us, he'd ask us to "win one more for the Gipper, vote for Duncan Hunter!")
