So true, I have noticed the Discovery Channel go down the road of junk science and global warming fear over the past 6 months. An odd time I would watch the show Mythbusters or watch the family from New York build motorcycles on Discovery if there was nothing else on, but ever since I saw the Discovery Channel pandering to Tom Brokaw to create a TV special which was full of global warming fear and numerous other shows on Discovery all revolving around global warming fear and junk science, I have been boycotting that network.
I love Discovery channel but I agree with you and others that they have gone overboard on the global warming hype. They cannot do a show on anything that it is not mentioned.
