Are you saying that of all the cops in Chicago, only 1% of the responding cops would have been waved off and let something like that go?
That's a really small percentage, so I'm glad to hear that.
The cops in the bar are SO lucky that the corrupt 1% was sent to their brawl and not the some of the good cops.
With luck like that I hope they are betting men.
