It all comes down to judges and legislation. Ending legal abortion would require a few more appointments to the SCOTUS.

"Duncan Hunter, Fred Thompson," wont ever get the chance to appoint because they cant win a general election. I do not advance the Pro-Life cause by allowing the democrats to control the WH, Senate, and House. PERIOD!
