I guess you are not aware she still has a 6 month old baby with the person likely responsible for the death of ANS and her son five months prior. Some of us actually care that the baby is safely removed from him and into the arms of it's real father.

Evidently they didn't read the autopsy before they wrote that; she weighed 178 pounds.
She didn't die of pneumonia or sepsis.
It was a joke...from the Onion...and not a very tasteful one at that.
That's a good question; too bad the coroner never bothered to ask it. He doesn't *know* who gave her the shot.
It is amazing that the coroner declared on live TV today that chloral hydrate could not be given to somebody without them knowing it.

Every report I've heard or read about her activities at the hotel the night before she died.
According to IMDB, she was 5'11". So It's not ureasonable that she weighed that much. Her breasts alone must have been about 10 pounds.
30 pounds or better were attached surgically to her chest.
The coroner gave a timeline of her activities; no drinking the night before.
I am disappointed that this thread has been up for five hours and we haven't cracked one thousand posts yet. Bitterly disappointed.

That's the way I see it. Stern is a real Rasputin here, controlling the Hollywood drug addict...feeding her lies about Birkhead, isolating Birkhead from his baby, manipulating her to move to Bahamas where(suprprise)Stern has more legal controlling authority over the baby and thus the estate. He never worked, he lived off of her. Total scumbag.

Chloral Hydrate when combined with alcohol is your good old fashioned Mickey Finn. Weren't there reports that she had been drinking at the hotel???

That doesn't mean a thing. She had a temp of 105. He gave interviews to say that. He also said he put her in a tub of ice. He admitted that he learned that from his grandmother. I am not kidding! He admitted that.
If you know anything about bringing a fever down, you do NOT use ice!
Besides, also in that hotel room was a registered nurse and a physician female friend who supplied drugs. As far as I'm concerned, they're all getting away with negligent homicide.
In interviews, the bodyguard said they all took orders from Howard K. Stern at all times, and he told them never to call 911 if he's not around. He called all the shots....why not?....afterall he's a lawyer. UGH!
