I thought she was that way. Now she's going to be repeating the health care debate of 1993-94. She said she has learned from that experience but has she really?

If somehow she gets elected president, she will still have to get a health care bill through Congress. She won't be able to just issue a decree to declare that "quality affordable healthcare is now available to all".

She said she learned from the previous experiece about the need to build consensus and support, but now she's saying that you have to steam roll the opponents of your plans? Has she really learned anything, and has she changed her views of how to accomplish things?

Sure, she has learned how to be more deceitful and stealthy. That is why people of her ilk and the naive who support her are called "Useful Idiots" or "Dupes". Once such people are no longer useful, they are tossed aside.
