I have dsl and it was no problem.

I’m sorry to hear that. The video is about 7.5 minutes long. Human rights starts laying in to the council half way through and reads the riot act. It is good. The Chairperson said Human Rights Watch's statement was inadmissible and if he did it again his organization would not be welcomed back. Unbelievable!

Yes. Don't want to get into a long discussion, but in a pinch, think 56KB dialup but in the reality I get on average a 5KB data transfere rate due to a number of things that include how I have my firewalls and virus programs set up, in order to afford a bit of protection.
Someday once I recover a bit more from a number of years not finding work, that pays a regular salary, I will get DSL. Till then I put up with a very slow connection.
