You forgot about years of committee meetings discussing how and why the roof began to leak.

Years of litigation for LIES during the committee meeting from a committee meeting member who wasn't liberal *enough*, who claims to have forgotten a previous conversation and mistakenly referred to it.

Then Years of blaming Bush for the LIES by the committee meeting member (who doesn't have much to do with Bush in the first place) and allowing these leaks to happen.

An investigations and lawsuits against the roofing manufacturer, using asphalt, asbestos, polonium, etcetera, forcing the company to go bankrupt and costing thousands of jobs, making the class action tort lawyers filthy rich, and removing roofing materials that actually work from the market.
