The earth is 4 billion years old. Lots of time for changes.

Plenty of time for changes, But that is beside the point. Change from what to what? Do you believe in the concept of species? Darwin was talking about changes in forms, but are the forms real or simply a matter of appearances? The debate is really philosophical, and it has been going on since the time of the Greeks.

There is no proof that the Earth is 4 Billion years old, only weak theories it is.

Many of the same technics used by long time evolutionists can show the Earth much younger.

It can't be. The moon wouldn't be where it is today if it was, and that fact alone throws every evolution theory on it's arse. Which is why it's never mentioned in any evo theories.
