Downplays, hell, they don't even mention it. And the politicians keep saying it's time for the Iraqis to stand up and defend their country. They have to ignore the fact that they are doing just that, and dying for it to boot.
Chuck, we have GOT to get you connected to McConnell by an earpiece.
You missed the bigger fish - Russert was seating next to Dean.
Media bias by omission is more destructive than what they do publish.
I'm surprised that Schmucky doesn't have klieg light tan lines from spending so much time in front of the cameras.
There ya go again. (I love that Reagan phrase.) Telling people what they need to do, or, in this case, what I haven't done. What are you a psychic?
Police are police. The Iraqi military is supposed to be doing what our guys are doing.
"Many of the police serve in paramilitary units."
Use your psychic powers and tell me, does that mean the police in paramilitary units are always on our side?
Please, I'm begging you, stop telling people what they need to do. You're like a broken record.
Whoa, Dan Bartlett just told Stephy that the Pres. thinks the Congress should be in Wash..instead of their recess.
Watching Russert try to breathe life into the Gonzales imbroglio was a scene in itself. He had to read a prepared statement and then pontificate and ask Hatch if he would accept Attorney General.
The RATS and the MSM have discovered one thing abut Iraq and Gonzales--assume defeat and defeat in public opinion will follow.
Ugh. Why watch.
Oh no. There are literally hundreds on this thread who are much smarter and think much faster than I.
Hook some of the really, really wise ones up by earpiece to all the Sunday Morning shows and the hosts would really be sputtering trying to rebut, especially Timmy.
:)
Stephy asked in return why the President shouldn't be blamed for not funding the troops if does veto the latest bill. He's pretty much setting the stage for what I predicted in post 99.
Bartlett just told Stephy that the Sen. Judiciary Committee HAS to move up the hearing with Gonzo to NEXT week.
2...Schumer HAS to recuse himself from the hearing.
3...The House Committee HAS to rescind that contract for outside lawyers.
well Meet the depressed was unwatchable and fat Timmie reminds me of a guy who went thru life w/o gettin his ass whipped. I volunteer

I stuck my tootsies in.
She is very attractive but she really has the dumb blonde act down pat.
Billy Jean King is a Lesbo so she will never be challenged by the adoring press. Like they will anyway. We should have a Pool of when HilaryCare gets her first hard question from the press and FOX doesn't count.
