Actually, they're using public money to construct this monstrosity, and you guyssed it, Ken Livingston (the appeasing, clueless weasel) is behind it. Bigger than St. Paul's, and there aren't even that many Muslims in that region of the city.
It's going to be right next to the Olympic site. Lovely, right? It's nothing more than a monument to a conquest, paid for by the dhimmis.

If they want to build one like that in America, get a job there and everyday bring in containers of raw hog blood. Place them inside the walls and take pictures.
When the occupancy permit is about to be issued, give the pictures to the media and post them on the Internet.
It would be a riot to watch them tear it down to locate the blood.
