EV’s attacks on Romney are so heated, so overboard and so inaccurate that I ended looking much more closely into the whole Romney story - his real record, his bio, his positions, and his campaign - EV’S ATTACKS ACTUALLY CONVERTED ME INTO A ROMNEY SUPPORTER.
sure Romney is not a hard-core right-winger, but so what, we wont get such a person in the white house in 2009. We need to find the best candidate with the character, competence, charisma and convictions to support America, win the war on terror, keep Govt off our backs, defend family & life & marriage, and support freedom and free enterprise that gives us our prosperity. ... Romney is in my estimation the best of the candidates running and will be the best conservative choice unless Fred Thompson jumps in. Claiming Romney is a liberal is a big stretch.
Amazingly, that is one of the reasons I checked Romney out in more detail. I even looked at the C-SPAN schedule to see when he would be on. He has impressed me more each time I see him.

Let's see...hmmm...supported abortion since before Roe. Signed an assault weapons ban. Implemented socialized medicine. Appointed more non-Republicans to the bench than Republicans, including radical gay activists. Supported "civil unions" and implemented gay marriage. Flooded the schools and state government with radical gay personnel and propaganda. Etc.
