A POLICE force has admitted letting off rapists and a paedophile with cautions.

West Mercia Constabu-lary allowed almost 100 sex offenders to go free in the last five years – including eight rapists and one paedophile.

The figures from Worc-estershire were obtained by a local newspaper under the Freedom of Information Act.

They reveal that between April 2001 and March 2006, 93 people who admitted sex offences did not have to go to court. They were given cautions instead.

They include 41 for indecent assault, eight for unlawful sexual intercourse, 17 for sexual assault, nine for sexual activity (including with a child), one for gross indecency with a child and 11 for other sexual offences.

A spokeswoman for the Worcester Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre said: “There is an incredibly low conviction rate throughout the country.

“ Sexual abuse, and the impact it has on the women or men involved, is not taken seriously”

“Just 31 per cent of offenders are charged and just six per cent are convicted.

“Sexual abuse, and the impact it has on the women or men involved, is not taken seriously.

“There should be more defendants brought to court and more convictions. We strongly feel that offenders should be punished.”

A West Mercia Police spokeswoman said cautions are given for a variety of reasons, such as when it is the person’s first offence or the victim does not want to go to court.

“When an individual accepts a caution, it represents an admission of guilt,” she said.

“Accepting a caution from police leads to a criminal record. Clearly, this can be taken into account should an individual come to the attention of police on any future occasion.

“Each case must be judged on its merits, and a decision about whether to charge an individual will be taken by the police and, in some cases, after consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service.”

She said an adult who was cautioned for a sex offence may be put on the sex offenders’ register for two years – or one year for those aged 17 or under, depending on the offence.

Please say a prayer for our dear British Friends, as they have been forsaken by those whom they have trusted  with their protection.

The public has been disarmed by their Government with the promise that the Authorities will attend to their safety, but the people have instead been endlessly and increasingly victimized by the most foul and vicious criminals on Earth, and and in many cases, such as this, justice is denied those who have suffered terribly and have been scarred for life.

And now these same unspeakably evil criminals are free to destroy even more innocent lives.

May God help the good, law-abiding people of Great Britain.

Sucks when the government bans you from defending yourself and then lets the criminals go...

Prison sentences are up in the UK since 97 (shockingly to the disdain of our liberal judges).

Like America we are also let down by our legal system and especially judges.

I always am weary of anything from the daily express, they may be conservative, but they’re the biggest bunch of scaremongerers and antagonists our media has got. They get it wrong much more than they get it right.

If they have it wrong this time, then other news outlets have the same story wrong as well.

Funny. It looks like a poor ripoff of “A Clockwork Orange”.

For some mysterious reason, I'm guessing that finding a demographic breakdown of the principle elements of this story will be rather difficult if not impossible.

It won't be long before even asking such questions will have a person tarred with the brush of RACIST, and aggressively pursuing such information will be regarded as a "hate crime".

Sadly, Britannia no longer Rules the Waves, and the numerous nations which it dramatically improved and helped over the centuries have returned the favor by coming to it's shores bent on doing Great Britain and her people great harm.

This is yet another vivid and terrifying lesson of Socialism, and how it slowly bleeds the life out of even the very best and strongest of Nations.

I wonder if prions are loose throughout the entire food chain in Great Britain. That would explain two things

1st-the collapse of all rational thought in the administration of government by "rule of law" which the British flourished under.

2nd the complete capitulation to fear and conflict by 90 percent of the population that seems happy with cocaine, ale, carbohydrates, sex, soccer and sloth.

Maybe a taste of the old, "Ultraviolence"...?
