“This is the same thing lawmakers did with pseudo-ephedrine”
This hits home folks: I am an asthmatic, and when traveling I used to be able to go to any drug store and get some relief from over the counter ephedrine if I neglected to pack my real meds.... no more, I can just stop breathing now, thanks to... well, the morons???
I would think that the self-inflicted druggies that want to do themselves in should just do so, instead of having normal people bail them out. For those that can’t read: you want to kill yourself, go ahead, don’t make me pay pay for it!
This makes sense.
For a long time now I’ve been wondering when someone is going to wake up and BAN the sale of yeast.
Just think of all the infections it would prevent...!!!
Can you just see the little old lady in the country store being busted for selling............baking soda. LOL America is DOOMED! At least we can go out laughing. ;o)
Another take on the proposed regulation of Baking Soda. This would be outright funny if it weren’t so dammed believable(sadly).lol
And commen sense?
biggest media whore there is, any bill to get your name in the media is a good bill when your struggling to stay in power.
I know the baking soda thing is gonna get all the attention here. But what about the “stunt riding” thing? THat one gets me more because It’s more likely to go through. How are they going to define stunt riding? Are kids going to get arrested now for popping a wheelie on a minibike?
“Can you just see the little old lady in the country store being busted for selling............baking soda. LOL”
Gotta laugh...and remember....Rudy will save us.....from conservatism : )
And what counter would this be? I buy it right off the shelf in my supermarket....I do however use it for cleaning, cooking, the cat box and other household uses. If this moron passes this bill he can come clean my house for me. Why we have morons like this elected I will never understand.
They could crack down on meth use, if they so desired, with some good old-fashioned police work. It’s quite obvious who the meth users are and the ring they’re involved in; you sell a particular brand to a seedy character and within a few minutes there’s a line of them wanting the same product.
Those remaining in line refuse to buy anything else when we run out; they simply walk away. It isn’t hard to put two-and-two together. But, we’ve been told we aren’t the police and it’s not our job to analyze. If they’d just do a stakeout from time to time, we wouldn’t have all citizens giving their information to us. It’s just ridiculous.
But, it’s easier to just collect information from all than to actually do the leg work.

Oh great. If baking soda is banned how am I going to clean the cables on my car battery?
It’s insanity! But what else can we expect.
We are the frogs being slowly cooked to death, and nobody complains until it’s too late, at the slow incremental, but ultimately full regulation of our lives.
I’m still POd that they mandated BIC had to take the flame adjusters off of their lighters because people used them to smoke crack. Which is odd because some other lighters still have them although you can’t get a flame big enough to light a broom straw out of them.
Seems Talibdin El-Amin, formally known as Mark Bastain, is also a deadbeat dad. The following article is from May of last year.

This is exactly why I criticize the laws which require certain cold medicines to be sold behind the counter and for you to submit to a federal database to get said cold medicine. It has NOTHING to do with the war on drugs...in fact, the war on drugs is being used as an excuse to punish the innocent many for the crimes of the sinful few.
I guarantee next will be club soda and Coca-Cola/Pepsi Cola when some young punk makes a crude bomb powered by a carbonated beverage.
There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that it is a mirror reflection of the IQs of those who put them in office.
We are all in mortal danger from these fools.
Yeeee Haw! Thank the Lord for Rudy! We need saving alright.............from him! LOL!
I lose lighters all the time and I found half the time the lighters I buy work for a little while then stop. So I got a pipe lighter that can be refilled. I haven’t lost it so far either. Nor has anyone stolen it.. It works in the wind and the flame is pretty good. I did like the ones I had that had a little light in them but they just didn’t work for long.
