I can understand why the figures would be skewed for gays due to aids. But I suspect that oneof the reasons lesbians dkie young is because so many of them are apple shaped fat.

You make a very good point! When I posted about lesbians and Melissa Etheridge and Indigo Girls music, I meant it as a joke and just my particular very sarcastic sense of humor (or a lame attempt at being a music critic). I really wasn’t trying to be hateful and I don’t want to be lumped in with those people who would wish an early death to anyone, even homosexuals or liberals.

It’s a real wake up call to me when “those people” are more tolerant and open minded about me and my views than some folks here who cast their hatred for others (including me on a few occasions) under the cloak of their “religion”.

And don’t preach to me about how homosexuals deserve to die unless you are also willing to explain to me how your religion also preaches, “Love thy neighbor” and “hate the sin but not the sinner”.

For starters, lesbians have a higher BMI (body mass index), which is associated with higher mortality.

The question is, do they have a higher BMI because they are lesbians, or are they lesbians because they have a higher BMI?

Both gay men and gay women have a reputation for being quick to fight and very unstable emotions. Gay men have a tendency to get drunk and beat eachother up. It’s like they are stuck in junior high mode as far as relationships go.

My theory is they die young from being impulsive and quick to anger and self destructive.
