SOUTH CHINA SEA (April 6, 2007) - In the aft galley of Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), Culinary Specialist Seaman Monica Arias stirs spaghetti noodles, for serving at evening dinner. For a crew of 5,000 with full air wing, Ronald Reagan's mess decks are open serving food 20 hours a day.
