That'd be a huge Freepathon. The property that Big Valley is on, in Orange County, could go for at least a quarter million, probably a lot more if it were cleaned up.

Ix-nay on the ooting range-shay, however. There's a big trailer park behind Big Valley, and other houses all around the property on both sides. Well, maybe an indoor range could be had, with gun-toting, Realtree-wearing rednecks toting all sorts of hardware from their Broncos into the building!
