You said — “God the internet wasnt around when I was in college-many party nights where who knows what might have occured if cameras were rolling!!!”
There weren’t video cameras rolling at these parties back then. The parties were *definitely* going on though. And now, they are going on even *more so* than ever before.
And back then, the cameras were there taking pictures. I remember seeing some pictures from back in college days of some parties. They were simple stills, but they gave you the idea, anyway.
BUT, nowadays, the videos cameras *are rolling* like gangbusters, all over the place. It’s getting to be the *rage*. It’s like the girls will now say, “Let’s film it!” — like it’s the “in thing” to do now.
I don’t think people really know or understand what is going on out there with the videos rolling by the thousands, every night — with a lot of 13-18 year-olds participating for free, for fun, for the heck of it, and so they can “get in on it” like everyone else is. Oh..., and no ID checks required, no paperwork to fill out and no need to tell the parents, either (parents are “blissfully” ignorant, these days)....

You said — “As I was trying to say to “Extremely Extreme Extremist”, this phenomenon wouldn’t even exist if there weren’t a nearly infinite supply of girls who were more than willing to drop “blouse” and get nekkid at a moment’s notice.”
You’re absolutely right. It’s barely the tip of the iceberg. It’s rampant. And these girls don’t stop there, they keep right on going, after they “get nekkid”. It’s all what they “know” is expected, and they go right along with it — no problem...

P.S. I hope this is scaring the hell out of the parents..., it should.
What are “s&F parties”?
Confident enough to say that lack of proof isn’t proof of any wrongdoing other than what was declared. Which was a violation of a standard, not a girl or girls.
Seems to me you are willing to make a jump the court itself was not willing to make. Guilt by association seems to be a part of your position. Would that be accurate?
Okay star traveler you got me. We stayed on LSU campus for 5 years and saw this type of stuff going on.
I had to lock out the Comedy Channel on my satellite service because of the ‘Girls Gone Wild’ commercials in the evening. Trying to keep one’s life smut free gets harder and harder. Anyone who profits from that sort of crap, whether the girls are minors or not, is a pimp in my book, and I don’t think the fact that the women are of age and acting with free will exonerates the pimp. Or the girls, for that matter. It may be their right to do it, but it’s my right to be disgusted.
“U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak insisted that Francis should be jailed until he agreed to participate in mediation talks”
No, he ordered Francis jailed - the judge doesn’t have to convince anybody of anything, which is what “insisted” intimates.
A few years ago, there was a case, where cops knocked at a door and the guy let them in, where they found a bunch of drugs. The guy got off because he was messed up on the drugs and therefore in no condition to give consent for a search.
Read here about halfway down
I saw one in Hondo, Texas a few months ago! Couldn’t believe it - or that the good ol’ boys would have let it get away without breakin’ out the 64 oz can of whoopass!
There was an article that implied the single mothers of these girls were probably on volume I of the video tape.
Uh, did I say that statement??
They will regret it when the photos end up on the future boss’s desk.
See post #47; don’t really want to repeat that phrase too many times, but that’s what is going on...
Bill O’Reilly had a segment on “lesbian chic”. If I were a lesbian, I would be insulted by these chics faking it and thinking they are cool by titilating young dopey guys. This is all about male fantasies.
Unlike you, I call for that on both sides of this. I guess you only think it is needed on one side.
Wouldn't be the least bit surprised that the statutes were written to include the concept of "should have known." I doubt the statute would allow this sleaze to escape the law by just not asking the girls' ages or by accepting clearly false statements.
