Now, he's put together a 40-page dossier (reproduced here) of every "liberal" quote he could find from or about the former mayor, and he's begun mailing it to conservative activists nationwide.

well thank God George Marlin is around to give us the truth, I applaud him.

Once again, every quote provided is sourced. So tell me, then - do you take issue with any of the quotes? Any of Rudy’s liberalism as documented here?

Yes. We need a master thread to keep track of the volumes of liberalism.

..every time I read one of these Rudy posts

I get mad, then I get sad, then I get glad--because there is someone else out there who represents what I believe:

Sour grapes? Maybe. But that doesn’t detract one bit from what he’s produced. Rudy’s a liberal and has always been a liberal.

What is that interview supposed to demonstrate? Once again, is any of the information he compiled inaccurate or false?

Your attacks on Marlin who's had a long, distinguised career inside and outside of politics are a joke. He doesn't like liberals like Giuliani, so what? Neither do I.

The only thing I wish that had been done with the list of Guliani items and quotes is that they had been put in chronological order. In spite of the many obvious liberal leanings among the listed items, there is probably some progression (excuse the pun) of his opinions over time.

(P.S., I am not a Guliani fan and the domestic side of the WOT, is to me the only issue he has any expertise on or opinion I would support, and then only on the law-enforcement side of that issue, not in the understanding of the international Islamist agenda that feeds that domestic side of our WOT problem. He might make a good director of Homeland Security and if I had to see him anywhere in an administration, that would be one place I would be O.K. with. There he might also be a better boss over Fema than Chertoff has been).

Oh really - then I wish you would not disrupt my Rudy threads. I have every right to go on this thread as you have to go on my threads.

When you promote a liberal on a conservative site, you can expect to have that liberal and yourself attacked. Your posts and threads are straight out of Rudy Campaign HQ and are, in fact, a disruption and distraction from Free Republic's conservative mission. If someone posted Clinton or Obama HQ garbage, their threads would be similarly filled with untold attacks against the subject liberal. Besides that, this is not a thread which reports an event or statement, this is a research thread to further expose Giuliani's liberal record, statements, and policies. If you don't choose to participate, then go away and stop disrupting.

Some useful links for further data mining to expose Giuliani's liberal record:

No.
It would be sour grapes if he made no mention of Giuliani’s liberal policies and history during the campaign, and then only outed Rudy after he lost.

The opposite is true.
He opposed Rudy during that campaign and is keeping well in line with his previous stance and opinions of Rudy.

Rudy can’t hide from his past, no matter how many people cover for him.

Yes. We need a master thread to keep track of the volumes of liberalism.

What would be good from you is a list of links to all of the most damning stuff from the NYC Giuliani Archives that you've been mining lately. Descriptive titles would be useful too.

Typical Rudy Rooter response. You guys are starting to sound like the Clintons. When are you going to realize that TELLING THE TRUTH IS NOT A “SMEAR CAMPAIGN”?

“I see its the usual suspects on this thread. Have fun. My mistake to go on it. I stepped into the lovefest.”

We’re gonna be everywhere you are buddy—so get used to it. Anyone who promotes liberal candidates on a conservative forum should expect to take heat for it.

Conservatives DO NOT vote for liberals.

And more power to you. This being Free Republic -- emphasis on Free -- you're quite welcome to continue doing just this sort of thing every two to three minutes, like clockwork. You're also free to continue to tilt against windmills, urinate into gale force winds, and continue to pound your sticks with all your might into the liquified goo that once was a dead horse. If it works for you, fantastic!

Personally, I don't think you should count yourselves successful until every story on the front page is an anti-Rudy scribe. Until then, you're just not working at full capacity. Judging by the fact I'm still seeing a few stories about Hillary, gun control, and Don Imus, I'd say you've got your work cut out for you.
