We spend about 33% of our gross domestic product on state, local and federal government. Britain spends about 39 or 40%. France spends 48%, Germany 51%, Sweden 55%. And Hillary would like us to move into the high 40s and the low 50s. And shed like that to fund free higher education, free healthcare, free daycare, free extra nutrition, more food stamps, more welfare; the whole bit. And if you think that those are good goals, and if you think thats the way to achieve it, support her. Because she really will do that. Its really what she wants to do.
She will not just raise taxes because of the deficit. She will not just raise taxes to fund ambitious social spending. Shell raise taxes to redistribute income. And by the way, we have a lot of income redistribution in this country.

As preface to the excerpted, Dick Morris does a superb analysis of Bill and Hillary Clinton.

Except, of course, forgetting to mention that all those “free” things Hillary’s going to offer aren’t really free. (It’s obvious to us conservatives, but many of the swing voters who might or might not vote for Hillary are too dumb to realize that without it being said explicitly).

True -- those things aren't free.
But in the world of the "children" as it currently exists in the US -- single mothers are truly in a horrid bind on many levels.
On level is the Clinton's horrific leviathan of what "constitutes" child abuse or, rather "children at risk". Mothers, esp. single mothers, who inadequately provide for their children are first "noted". They are in the target site. Often, I understand their "vote" for a Hillary is done moreso out of an appeasing fear, than genuine respect or like.

Not only are they not free BUT all of those wonderful things are in short supply once they are "free".
Most know how bad socialized medicine is worldwide but did you know that in places like Belgium, where higher education is paid for by the state, it is decided by the time the child is in third grade if said child will be allowed to go to college...kids are tracked and once you are put in the "no college" track there is no moving up! The state decides who can go to college and who can't ("higher education for everyone" that they pick)....oh yeah and any time after third grade the child can be moved to a lower track but never to a higher track!

Please see my post #5.
Illegals too, I uphold, would vote for Hillary moreso out of appeasing fear than of respect.
That if they vote in bloc for Hillary, maybut she won't go after them.
That's not respect. That's a body of voters (legal or not) who are fearing this woman and hoping (possibly negotiating back scene) that she will not go after them if they vote for her.
You and I both know, regardless -- she will go after them if it serves her political agenda of the mome.

Hillary is sinking in key primary states. Her handlers lobbed a stupid, meaningless attack on Obama the other day that can only gain sympathy for Obama, while leaving stink all over Hillary. I smell desperation.
Hillary came out months too early to campaign and is annoying the entire country with her screeching and whining. Hillary is going down.

Illegals can’t vote.
Not legally, anyway.

Ihope you are right. Clearly, her winning was contingent on not campaigning. She is terrible in front of a camera.

True: "not legally" -- as you and I understand the word "legally".
But Sanctuary Cities have rules and "legalities" of which only they define, and their definitions do not match ours.

Thank you for introducing me to the name Peter Kropotkin (1842-1921) (and works of), Russian Anarchist of the early 1900s.
As history has shown, already, Peter was wrong. He will be proved wrong, again.
And it is good of you to reveal a major anarchist slogan.
Freedom is never free: It must be constantly and vigilantly defended and rewon. Therein lies the great taproot of what constitutes "freedom".

If ONE Republican, conservative and whatever Dem's who get it don't vote, it will be a vote for Hillary and that one vote could turn the election. WE MUST VOTE. Every single one of us. We can not let her get her hands on the Government again. This time I truly believe we can in NO WAY recover. If she gets the power that the Dems are trying to shut off for now (to President Bush) it's over. Isn't it interesting that they will turn all their excuses around when...., NO, if they get the White House. Please don't let this happen. There's nowhere to go. All this "free" stuff will fail. We know that. And the country with it. They don't want you to know it is failing everywhere it exists around the world. I call it the RobumHood form of government. Please. VOTE Conservative. Please

The analysis of single women as her key voting block is especially pertinent.
