Men having sex with each other in airport bathrooms? No biggy, according to academe. "Police have far better things to do with their time than to arrest people for this," said Kenneth Sherrill, professor at Hunter College of The City University of New York. "Being 'sex police' in bathrooms strikes me as a perversion of rational law enforcement activities."

Somebody ought to keep an eye on that guy, whose level of judgment makes me wonder about who hired him.

I had no idea that Hunter College had a "Professor of Deviant Restroom Sex".

The head of one gay - lesbian BLT taskforce agency has said that laws against public (washroom and park) sex disciminate against unjustly against this crowd.

The push is on to decriminalize such actions.

Can we do away with the tissue “protective covering” to put over toilet seats and get a fresh rubber gasket to have installed before each visitor attempts to sit down on a public toilet?
