No one will apologize with a civil trial hanging in the air. Everyone’s just holding their breath wondering how big the hammer’s gonna be.
Are civil suits in this case fact or rumor? Is the lax team going to get some vindication in court? I'd like to see Duke turned into a small time community college for their handling of this.
