Treason as defined in the United States Constitution:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
Please tell me how the positions of the current Democratic MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, not Code Pink or the people protesting, are NOT giving our enemy comfort. Our enemy wants us to withdraw. Our enemy wants us to look weak. Our enemy wants President Bush out of power. Our enemy wants timetables. Disagreeing with a war and actively promoting policies that will bring about loss are two very different things.
Also, the Democrats will have discussions and negotiations with the worst of America's enemies, yet they will not join another U.S. political party on Fox News.

Please tell me how the positions of the current Democratic MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, not Code Pink or the people protesting, are NOT giving our enemy comfort. It wasn't a comment on the subject, but a comment on the article. The author brought up the issue of treason in this context and then cited a completely irrelevant definition for it.
