Nifong’s motion to dismiss — denied!
Court is open to a motion for summary judgment.

Update:
Nifong had his first hearing before the NC Bar today. His attorney had a motion to dismiss. It was denied.
The judge opened up the consideration for a motion for summary judgment. That would mean that the proceedings would go directly to the judge, without any additional testimony, witnesses, etc. Nifong’s Team did not respond.
The hearing was adjourned. If I heard right, the next session will be June 11.
Nifong is still on the hot-seat until.....
