Sounds like Nifong’s team is trying to play the ‘we were gonna provide the test results, but we just hadn’t gotten around to it yet’ defense.
Lady speaker is saying the court order said the test result had to be turned over -— immediately is implied.

NC State Bar can’t cover this one up. Their credibility is on the line.
They will probably hang Nifong. It is difficult to defend his handling of this case.
