FoxNews is back on Anna tabloid news.
They have become unwatchable any more.

As I see it by intentionally hiding evidence that would prove their innocents, he violated their civil rights too. Should also be a federal case if you ask me.

And “The Big Show” on Fox News is devoted to:
1. A stripper hired by college students, who had alledged rape.
2. A man calling female college students whores.
3. “News” about the death of a poll dancer and crotch model, two months ago.
Just another “news day.”

Bryan, is the state of North Carolina liable for a judgment against him on the grounds that an employer is responsible for the actions of its employees? Yes under the logic that the same AG who called Nifong a rogue prosecutor had oversight responsibility of the same rogue prosecutor.

I don’t know. I don’t think so. Supposedly, the state of NC has very high hurdles that protect prosecutors.
But, I can’t imagine a prosecutor being totally imune. This guy violated the law (court order). How can he be protected against civil action when he was breaking the law?

Wasn’t he originally appointed to fill the position as a “favor” because of health problems?

My news watching dropped off a couple of years ago when most of the neocons on Hume's show supported Bush's amnesty for illegal aliens, including those convicted of assorted felonies, like identity theft.
Throw in Shep Smith's Katrina reporting, and it was "why bother?"

The court has to connect with some other members, and they are on dial-up.
lol.

I cant believe he want the fact that he hid DNA evidence dismissed. Whitewash in progress.

Court is open to a motion for summary judgment.
[That would allow the court to decide without further discussion. Court is giving Nifong that option.]

The lawyer gave the caveats, but he sure made it sound as if there will be NO dismissal of the charges. This WILL go to a full hearing before the bar.
