Oh, don’t remind me. I was working for the Union then and I’ll see Mondale/Ferraro bumper stickers in my nightmares.

By the way, the unions give a lot of unaccounted for funds to the dems in that we workers do a lot of work for them that goes on no books.

And I never understood why? It’s like Blacks. the dems do nothing for unions or Blacks and yet, and yet, they remain loyal.

No wonder you are still single. The correct answer is you must come to her with the New Dress and the apology, do not give her any option. That way you will look like you are in Authority/Control and she will get all the perks. LOL!

;-) Samantha, I think that it would be good if our members of Congress went on a pork free diet for a while. That’s a bipartisan issue, only many of our guys and gals haven’t picked up on it.

Tom Coburn has.

I’ve heard the same thing from many different people — almost all Democrats.

Your analysis is spot on and I agree, we really don’t have to do much except to keep their “cuteness” out front where their “message” is unfiltered.

The media morons are trying to convince us that Americans are all nodding together and saying, “Sure, I want Al Sharpton added to the mix of media moguls who decide what I can see and hear and also what I can think and say. That is the only way we can atone for “dissin” Ludicris and the Rutgers team, and for making those three poor, misunderstood “brothas” and one “sistuh” in Knoxville go to trial for raping and sodomizing, torturing and mercifully killing the young white couple driving to Memphis who slowed down in the wrong neighborhood.

Oh, you haven’t heard about this? Jesse Jackson is not outside the courtroom shuckin and jiving — “They’re poor and black, they wuz just gettin’ back,” nor is Rev Al hopping up and down calling the victims whores and blaming others for the crime, as he did outside the hospital where the young woman victim of “the wildin’” in Central Park lay broken and near death.

Decent blacks are sick to death of this and recognize where it is going to lead.

That is why he was hauled back from Israel. He has never forgotten and is always looking to snipe at the Republicans/GWB because they dissed him and in reality fired his butt for alienating one of our closest allies by siding with the enemies of Israel.

I pray (sometimes) and think (always) that Hillary will be the nominee.

I think Barak might actually win. He’s the one who scares me.

Zinny (I love that spelling

Zin·ny (ninny) (nĭn'ē) pronunciation
n., pl. -nies.

1. A fool; a simpleton.

2. A Zinni

;)

I love hearing tales of what is going on in your parts of the world. It's still chilly here, although it's supposed to warm up. I will be in warmer climes later this spring, as we are going with our son's family to Disney World. And Formula One does come to Indy...although we usually don't go.

I lead such an exciting life...

I think it would be excellent were it possible to do that without cutting off a lot of support. There are too many people that have become accustomed to the Pork, and that is usually the first thing that the Candidate says when running for election is what I did for my Community. Unless we can find a way to stop the rats from doing it totally it would leave us very handicapped if pubbies did it and no Rat did.

About 10 years ago, when my daughter [white] was in college, her roommate was an African-American girl from Brooklyn. My daughter was talking to some of her friends in the dorm when her roommate poked her head in the room and said, "Hey, ho, let's go get somthing to eat." My daughter who had spent most of her life abroad was shocked and upset. Her roommate then explained that this was not meant as an insult, but rather more a term of endearment and friendship. So whatever the urban dictionary may say, some in urban America may not have received the message.

I think Imus likes to think of himself as with it and cool. I haven't listened in some time, but he used to say "Get jiggy with it" a lot. There is no doubt that such language has become mainstream among the young of all races as rap music has become more popular and accepted. The same holds true for clothes with the baggy pants, aksew ballcap, bare midriffs etc. It is seen as being rebellious against authority in much the same way that my parents looked at my generation and the beginning of rock and roll in the 50s when I was growing up.

All things considered, I would rather see less censorship, not more. And certainly no double standard.

This is not WW II.........the terrorists are hiding in the neighborhoods. This is different, very differnt.

Very good point. What is surprising is that Zinni, the great general, doesn't see the distinction between WWII and a counter-insurgency operation. Or maybe he does know it, but is just being political.

Pukin Dog, Pukin Dog...trees EAT CO2 and EXHALE oxygen!

However, the end result is the same, because less CO2 PO's Algore as well, because then the "crisis" isn't really so bad.

Don’t go to Disney World in May/June unless you like to see outrageously Gay behavior right out in front of your eyes. Disney will not let you know when Gay days are, and if you are unfortunate enough to take your kids it will shock you to your core. I am not sure this Year which days are designated as Gay Days, but it is usually the end of May, or first of June. It is horribly hot with so much Cement/Concrete, and June 1 starts the Hurricane Season where it Storms every afternoon around 2-3Pm. Try to book April if anything is still available. I will try to find out when they are this year and give you a heads up, it could save your Vacation.

Mondale ran for president once, didn’t he.

Remind me just how well he did.

Mondale lost the electoral vote in every state in the union except for his home state, Minnesota - which he won by fewer than 3,800 votes - and the District of Columbia. Reagan received 58.8% of the popular vote to Mondale's 40.6%.
