MANCHESTER Bullets flew outside the Uptown Tavern early yesterday when a peeved patron began shooting at a doorman after being thrown out of the club. The shooter himself was shot twice by an armed customer who rushed to the bouncer's defense, a club owner and police said

Example of armed citizen intervention. Looks like no charges filed against the citizen who returned fire. (Good thing the BG was a poor shot - missed from 6-8 feet!)

In Texas, we cannot conceal in an establishment that makes over 51% of it’s sales in alcohol. What is the law in New Hampshire regarding this?

From my understanding, its the same deal in NH.
You can carry in a restaurant, but not a bar. While I was reading the article, I kept waiting to hear that the patron who returned fire was being charged. Curious that he wasn’t. And I hope he isn’t.

Club employees were not aware the customer -- described as a regular patron -- was carrying a concealed weapon, Somers said. "I'm not okaying it. But if he didn't, probably my doorman would be dead," Somers said.
Any bets that in the "interests of safety" the bar will prohibit customers from carrying in the future as part of a "zero tolerance" weapons policy?

New Hampshire just went all-Democrat in the legislature and in its Congressional delegation, first time in nearly 75 years. Some Dem will propose some looney new law, guaranteed.
