Unfortunately, he might be right. GW and the GOP Congress has been such a disappointment to this nation, including many of us loyal Republicans; I’m afraid the stage is set for another Dem President and probably another Clinton.
GOD, HELP US.
The stage is set for Clinton—except for one person: Rudy. He defeats her by winning key blue and purple states. Right now he’s ahead in NJ, PA, RI, FL, MI, and is competitive in CA. He runs neck-and-neck in OH and would probably take OR and CT. Factor in the mountain states and the South and we win. No second-string Republican polls this well and all would lose against her except Rudy—which is why the media is trying to take him out early.
You’re right. If Democratic rule were half as bad as Republican fear-mongering makes us believe, then you’d think the Republican Party would have taken a little bit more responsibility over the bloated government budget that didn’t get any smaller with them at the helm. I actually like this split government. Congress is so gridlocked right now that it hasn’t been able to get anything done, which is a good thing.
you got that right!
