I’d disagree..I remember when my daughters were in college..most seniors nowadays can’t wait to live off campus..or in college owned apartments...anythign but the dorm..so that already marks him as “weird”..and then to put him with a frosh...
It's still true at my university, but a lot of people can't afford to move off campus. Those guys tend to stay on campus. Staying on campus, in and of itself, doesn't mark him as "weird." It's the whole picture that does.
