Wonderful News!
It has long been my belief that if the “right” opinion on the “right” case to overturn Roe v. Wade came along that Kennedy would vote to overturn.
Haven’t heard why Kennedy would have a change of heart on this issue. Any links where I can read up?
Don’t discount the influence of Chief Justice Roberts. Situations like this are exactly why Bush appointed him as Chief Justice. Under his influence, the close ones will go our way.
