There are no time limits on abortion in any state. Abortion can be performed for any reason up to the moment of birth. This decision specifically bans a procedure and does not set any time limits.
Even if all you say is true, it sets a vital precedent that states can ban specific procedures and not violate Roe.
Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled with the decision. Any chipping away at the "right" to abortion is a step in the right direction. I was simply responding to a poster who seemed to be under the impression that states could restrict second and third trimester abortions, which is not the case.
