What is your rationale behind this statement. BTW, I am familiar with the due process clause of the 14th amendment and if the SCOTUS felt that it applied to the unborn then Roe would have been ruled in the opposite manner.
I'm talking about Congress having the authority to ban PBA because persons are being deprived of their life without due process of law. My point has nothing to do with the brain-dead baby-killers on the '73 Court.
