Actually, Giuliani’s numbers have been down in every poll I’ve seen posted, including this one, Fox News and Gallup.
Do the practicing Catholics here support Rudy as “one of their own?” After all, he is considered an adulterer at this time since his 2nd marriage was considered authentic by the church and was never annulled, and his 3rd marriage was not in the church.
Rudy Giuliani Tops All Others in New Jersey Poll (4-20-07)
New Jersey hasnt supported a Republican for president for nearly 20 years, but a new poll released Thursday shows former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani leading all presidential challengers in New Jersey.
The Quinnipiac University poll found the Republican with similar leads over the three leading Democratic presidential candidates.
Giuliani leads New York Sen. Hillary Clinton 49 percent to 40 percent, the poll found. He leads Illinois Sen. Barack Obama 48 percent to 38 percent, and 2004 vice presidential candidate John Edwards 48 percent to 41 percent.
New Jersey hasnt supported a Republican for president since 1988.
It makes no difference who the Democrats put up Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama or John Edwards former Mayor Giuliani continues to knock out all challengers in the New Jersey presidential race, said Clay F. Richards, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute......

Can you say landslide? ;-) or Dare I say it?
Certainly there are a lot. Barring a Fred Thompson entry, people here will have to make a choice between Romney, who hasn’t exactly inspired confidence; Rudy, who is a lib on half of the issues; and McCain, who is a lib on the other half. We’ll see how they deal with that, when and if.
If you’re not a Catholic, why do you care?
Wait until the debates.
They've spent the last 20 years supporting liberals, and according to this poll, they're doing so again.
The Catholics I know don’t publicly offer to pay to have their grandchildren killed in the womb.
So you won’t go read the other post?
Or do you mean some other definition of “nice try”?
“.....Fox News, Harris, and two strategic Vision polls (one for PA and one for MI). Rudy is leading for all of them.....”
Good news! It’s early yet, but his numbers have been consistent.
I think they didn’t like “no new taxes” being broken.
Less than half of the republicans think Rudy will win the nomination, even though he’s the clear leader in the polls.
And only 65% of the republicans are happy with their choices.
And over 40% say they won’t vote for Rudy no matter what.
Good poll, if you really like that conservative principles are under assault.
He said IF is daughter were pregnant and considering an abortion, he would counsel against abortion, offer to raise the child but in the end it was her choice.
And that IF she chose abortion, he would pay for it!
Did he offer to pay for it or not?

LOL
You do have a flair for rewriting.
More lame excuses. There’s no fear with the 10% FR Rudy supporters. It’s the other 90% that are besides themselves with their dismissal of national polls and vicious persoanl attacks on Rudy.
