I did not see any information with that. When was it? What hearing was it? What committee was it? I don’t see any information here and I did not see any information there where it was posted.
And it certainly does not look like a March 2007 hearing to me, but that’s the date you’ve got up in the link...

Read carefully, the March 6 date is when it was posted to Youtube. The video itself has been floating around for years in one format or other.
