Amazing how the Washington Post receives these timely leaks from someone(s) interested in prosecuting the Haditha Marines.
This 104 page report ....”has not been publicly released because of ongoing criminal investigations of three Marines on murder allegations and four Marine officers who allegedly failed to look into the case.”....”Bargewell’s report, now unclassified, focuses on the reporting of the incident and the training and command climate within the Marine Corps leadership; it does not address the actual incident in detail.”...
Just when the outlook for the Haditha Marines’s cases was looking brighter (w/re to their prosecution), someone(s) gives the WaPo this report.
Wonder how that investigation into the original leak of the 10,000 page NCIS report to the WaPo is going? Must not be going very well since the Bargewell report has been leaked now.

And, look at this, reporting is all over the place.

There you have it! Publicly releasing the report with a dubious title, giving the impression the Marines are guilty, at exactly the same time cracks in the prosecution are being reported.
The prosecution in the court of public opinion continues.
