My FreeRepublic has been usurped by a pack of hyenas who are feeding off the carcasses of good thoughtful posters that I have come to know through my many years here.
Yes, FreeRepublic is no longer free - and that breaks my heart.

Well, it may be FReepers who’ve made the mistake of mentioning in some post or another that they’re divorced, or that they voted for some Liberal back when they first got out of high school, or anything else the Guardians-of-all-things-Conservative here can find that will enable them to call someone a “liberal asswipe” and make themselves feel superior.
