I would agree. And after Roe is overturned I think laws restricting abortion to those circumstances would easily pass in nearly all states.

To pass a law banning abortion even in the case of rape or incest (which is what I think most pro-lifers want) would be a lot tougher, and yes, hearts and minds do come into play in that case.

How does one enforce a law that allows abortion in the case of rape?
