no matter who is elected next year, there will be at least 2 USSC justice resignations, and we are 1 away from a conservative majority.

And should the GOP nominate Rudy, that chance is totally gone no matter who is elected POTUS.

Yeah, yeah I know Rudy promised to nominate originalist justices; however, I have serious doubts as to whether he even knows what that means and ZERO confidence that he intends to keep his promise if he does.

I believed GHWB far more than I will ever believe Rudy and I remember the result of "Read my lips, no new taxes."
