My direct physical experience with illegals has nothing to do with violent gangs. No contact...thank God.
I've seen a carefully orchestrated progression of raw illegal to respectable citizen. Seen it so much it's changed the 'face' of the counties in which I service and live.
Because our area is one of the wealthiest, it works.
The areas that suffer from gang violence have only their own law enforcement to blame.
Maybe we should draft Rudy to go around the country cleaing up illegal crime?
You completely ignore the laws that they broke to get here. You completely ignore the mess they make of my border community and others like it as they pass through to travel to your area so that you can pretend that they're respectable contributors to the economy. Have you ever been chased by illegal aliens or threatened by them? Have you had your friends or neighbors killed or beaten by them? Have you had friends and neighbors robbed or kept up all hours of the night defending their homes from the illegal aliens just outside the chain link fence? Have you seen grandmothers having to pack a firearm to accompany her granddaughter to the bus stop? Have you had high-speed chases through your neighborhood as law enforcement chases down illegal aliens? Have you seen the mounds of garbage that illegal aliens leave in my area? Have you seen the crime they leave in their wake? Have you seen them routinely desecrate a Veteran's Cemetary and intrude onto a "secure" military installation? I HAVE! I see it all the time.
