don’t know, some have said possibly the airbags won’t work without the seatbelts...not sure how that works..
I heard the airbags didn’t deploy because there was no collision to the front of the vehicle. Initial crash was with the white truck, hit the front right fender of his SUV. The collision with the guardrail was also on the right side.
I dunno, my car has side airbags. Wouldn’t you think...for a public official with a security detail...that they’d install side airbags in his car?
