I’ve been saying this for months, and I’ve got smacked for it... But I’ll say it again:

The LAST thing we want is a liberal republican in the White House. Hilary would be better, since there would be an opposition to her...

Either would do *almost* irreparable damage to our Constitution and Country—it’s just that Hillary would be even worse than Rudy.

We must work hard to keep BOTH of them away from Executive Orders and SCOTUS nominations.

You needn't apologize for the point. Strategically, there is much truth to it. Makes no difference whether it's Hillary, Obama or Edwards. Any Democrat in office will be expected to take a big government view. Nobody is trying to fool you, nobody is fooled. As you say, that will be met by Republican opposition.

A RINO is likely to do FAR more damage in office by flying under false colors. He will get credit from the public for having Republican values and Republican thrift. But he will act as a stealth, big government Democrat. He will have bipartisan support in Congress and will be able to push through much more government expansion and higher taxes.

You’re insane. And what about our troops...and what about Supreme Court Nominees. Rudy has said he would appoint judges like Alito and Roberts. If you think there’s no difference, you truly are mistaken. Please don’t argue.

I’d just as soon not see either of them anywhere near the WH, but you do make sense in a wierd and frightening way. The best way to make the Repubs start acting like Repubs again may be that screeching harridan in the oval office.

(shuddering)
