If he can change the X-Y chromosome in each and every one of the tens of billions of somatic cells his body is made up of, to a feminine Y-Y form, then something can be said. To that, add generative ovaries that can produce eggs with the same sort of genetic randomness as in a real woman, then he’s become the woman he wants. All this, not in his lifetime, nor his offspring’s.

We don’t really know anything about his chromosomes, so maybe it would be kinder not to make assumptions. Quite a lot of people have a “mosaic” assortment of chromosomes in their bodies, usually without even knowing it. When the sex chromosomes are mosaic, sometimes it’s detectable as abnormal internal and/or external organs, but not always. And BTW, female is XX, not YY.

It’s not about X and Y chromosones. That is missing the point. It is about the preceived mental happiness of people who suffer with gender identity disorder. Even with ‘modern therapies’...i.e., psychiatry... it is not easy to overcome this drive for changing one’s identity. Making fun remarkes about TG people will never make people change. True, thee are rather disgrace antics of transgender comedians and seem to enjoy rubbing the establish institution the wrong way. It is my opinion that the disgraful antic of transgender show-offs is polarizing the conservative community- effectively discrediting themselves. Again, it is my opinion that transgender can be fun and humorous (as used on a show stage..) but it can be dehumanizing as well.
