You know, it's funny, but the ONLY actress I ever felt an urge to write a letter to is Jody Foster, because of her work in "The Accused." However, due to what you mention above is the reason that I WILL NEVER contact her. The thought that some crazed fan tried doing something to "impress her" impacted me in such a way that I realized that while I felt the need to tell her how wonderful she is, I'm only doing that for myself. The though that I might contribute to what has to be a terrible situation to be placed in is something that I have to avoid. I'm sure that she's well aware of how good she was in that role, considering the results, and I've decided over the years to just leave it at that. I wish I could tell her how much I've enjoyed her work over the years, but I simply can't bring myself to do it.
