SURE they do. That why after a Republican House fought tooth and nail for a strict border enforcement policy and NO immigration reform the people of the USA turned around and fired them!

Kid yourself all you want but don’t try to sell this utter nonsense here.

The people didn’t vote border people out. They voted republicans who didn’t hold to conservative ideals out. You want to believe that people want amnesty but the truth is the average person wants the laws enforced. Keep on with your daydreams but the fact is the republican congress did not fight tooth and nail to enforce the law. They were going with Bush on “comprehensive” immigration “reform”. We don’t need reform, we need enforcement of existing laws.

I would think by now you'd be tired of repeating that lie. You know very well that the biggest Repub loss was RINO open border candidates. Tancredo's immigration caucus candidates got reelcted by a much larger margin. All the anti illegal immigration measures passed as well. But you won't let facts stop you.

In other words, about 9.6% of the tough guys on illegal immigration lost, while 25% of the amnesty crowd went down to defeat. Along those same lines, these numbers from the same article seem to be rather compelling: * 11.5% of all Republican seats in Congress were lost as Democrats took back control of Congress * But only 6.7% of the members of Tancredo's Immigration Reform Caucus lost their seats.
