And we actually get to pay for it is the salt in the wound.

You know, one issue that Republicans could use to really rally support across the base, the swing voters and even those on the moderate left is to push for a Parental Rights initiative that would define and protect, in law, the rights of parents.

Included would be - rights to spank, rights to sex education of their choosing, rights to notification, etc.

Children, and their actions, are ultimately the responsibility of parents. If your kids go and burn down a house, it is YOUR fault. The buck stops with the parents. But lawmakers must give parents the freedom to ensure that the job is done.

Republicans won't do that if Giuliani, who supports Gay Domestic Partnership/Civil Unions and opposes Federal Marriage Amendment, is their Presidential candidate.

“The buck stops with the parents.”
Too many kids don’t have a stable home. Divorce creates many passive parents, Institutions take over. Many churches only shine on Sundays and “PC” has polluted the true teachings of Rightousness and Obedience to God. I don’t have much hope of things getting better. The NEA really smells bad and the folks leading it don’t really give a damn about Rightousness or Obedience to God.
