My god! Him and Bloomberg have trashed this state and City. NYC is like one big homeless shelter now. Its smelly, full of homeless people and all they freaking care about it taking cigarettes away? UGH! I’m just waiting for the squeegie guys to come back and harrass us again.
I’m not a smoker but my boyfriends smokes. He is going to be livid when I tell him this. I can’t believe this. And Bloomberg started it with upping the price of cigarettes.
It's a pity, too. I recently heard that the RAT has become the mascot for New York City. I think those lawmakers should help clean up the state rather then try to take away the rights of the people who voted their sorry arzes into office!
After Spitzer proved his impotence in his dealings with the state legislature (selection of comptroller, budget), the former prosecutor is going after all the low-hanging fruit with a vengeance.
Oh yes. They promise us the moon to get our votes, then once in office, all they give us is the outhouse. Aren't we tired of it yet???????
Tobacco sales are being prohibited at the New York State Fair. There is no prohibition of cigars or any other tobacco product.

Hitler, Hillary, Spitzer what the hell is the difference. We left NY (LI) the summer of 1994 and have never had it better. At this point any politician from NYS or NYC is either some type of crook or a power hungry sadist.
