If they leave voluntarily and peacefully, then they may be considered no earlier than 12 months later for a normal legal US entry and visas and the legal path to citizenship if they qualify and pass the background checks. If we have to round them up and deport them, then they are on a never consider list for the rest of their lives. And, OBTW, in that scenario before we deport them, they will work those 12 months on helping build the real fence on the border.

I could live with that. Seriously - I would like to see a common sense approach made, but it comes first and foremost with stopping them at the border and stopping their illegal hiring then by us stopping paying Americans for not doing the jobs Americans refuse to do.
