Maybe it is just the prosecutor with his butt in the air but, if a criminal trial needs Miss America as a witness I would think the pagent officials would also demand she appear. It will be a black eye to the Miss America title if she doesn’t appear.

How long do you think she will hold onto her crown if Miss America can't return to the State of New York without being tossed in jail?

Being wanted in New York is also likely going to kill a chance at a modeling career.
